Being a student in today’s time is one of the most difficult things. With the social media putting a certain pressure on young minds to think that they need to become a certain way to look and be attractive, the continuous self comparison, the academic pressure, the complex teenage love relationships, the problem of overthinking etc. Keeping these issues faced by the students we have designed a workshop for students of classes 8 to 12, which will empower the students in overcoming these issues and navigating their lives.
